Team Training and Proper Pans Preparation

Hello guys,

This week we will be focusing on Sweeps (Open, Close, Half), Side Control Progression (Mount, Back or Submission) and Free technique.
We will be practicing a lot of Sweeps/guard pass drill and Cross Side Progression this week.
Have in mind the techniques you plan on working on our next Team Training. You should work on techniques you already know how to perform. The idea is to improve details, timing and have a better understanding of the technique.
For those who are going to compete in California Pan, I recommend keep the weight under control and don’t wait till last minute to cut.
It’s about 1 months left for the tournament, if you haven’t been working on your cardio it’s about time. I suggest have a partner so one can push each other. (Running, Swimming, Circuits, Weight lift etc…)
Build a game plan for the tournament and always push the fight into the strong area of your game.

If you are going to the Pan in California, today is the last day with discounted price $89.00. Make sure you register with Big Brothers, if this option is not showing just make sure you register and let me know and I will fix later.
Hotel I booked is this showing below. The cost is $80.00 per night with breakfast included. It seems to be a good deal. Make sure you talk to others to split cost on the room and make a reservation as soon as possible.
